BetInternet voids bet placed from USA

While in USA Iv opened account with betinternet.com,deposited some money(using visa debit card) and Iv placed bet(that turns out to be winning bet).
After few days I was back in Europe to find out that bet was not valid as I was in USA
I would like to point out that deposit and bet WAS excepted!!!(with other bookmakers it is not possible to even sign in let alone place bet,so it is quiet clear)
You CANT let someone sign in deposit money place bet and then say no it is not valid as it was placed in USA

Have you tried to contact IBAS and/or the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission?

It's likely that somewhere in the rules, BetInternet has a clause saying they cannot accept bets from the US and although we understand what you are saying about them accepting the bet, we believe they would have voided it and reimbursed the stake even if it had lost.

More in general, when travelling , if you want to bet online is always better to ask via email in advance whether the bets will be accepted and deemed valid.
