I used BetDSI bonus offer when I deposited funds to my account (account # D168392).
They requested that I play high rollover before I request a withdrawal, so I had to play a lot with my main and bonus funds.
While I was trying to complete their rollover requirement I lost my main deposit, but I won a lot with my bonus funds and my bonus balance increased to $29000. When I finally completed their rollover requirement (which was not an easy task!) I requested to transfer my bonus funds to my principal balance so that I could do a withdrawal.
After my request BetDSI simply confiscated $19000 from my balance and allowed me to withdraw only $10000!
I was chatting with their manager and he stated exactly that: "Yes, we confiscated $19000 from your balance! We don't pay more than $10000 from bonus funds".
So this site is a complete scam. They don't allow you to withdraw funds until you meet their rollover requirement (which is completely fine). So you need to play a lot to get your money back. BUT if you lose then you lose, if you win more than $10000 - they will confiscate your winnings! I wonder how such scammers can still legally operate?
I searched reports on this website and I found that I was not the first victim of this scam.

Is the 10k rule in the T&C?

i think it’s 5k max if he makes another deposit and claims a bonus within the 30 days. Anything over the $10k is dust. If I recall correctly, once the bonus balance is transferred to the real balance it has to be rolled over 1x. I could be confusing this with another site though.

Here are the first two "Cash Bonus Rollover Conditions". The sentence beginning with "Any additional..." is not even a grammatical sentence and is incomprehensible.

  • All and any bonuses offered at BetDSI are subject to rollovers.
  • Any new member active from August 1st 2012 to current date will have a maximum bonus cash out of $10,000 per 30 calendar days. Any additional bonus conversion within the same calendar 30 days, where as the member has already received the $10,000 maximum cash out. The maximum bonus cash out is $5000.
Any member active before 2012 will have the same bonus max cashout of $10,000. Any additional bonus conversion within the same calendar 30 days, where as the member has already received the $10,000 maximum cash out. The maximum bonus cash out is $7000.

So...

After reading the T&C it’s kind of confusing. It does seem though OP would be able to cash out $5k after the $10k??

Or $5k at a time monthly??

Or am I misreading this? Seems like some folks were only able to cash $10k total and nothing more
I'm a little confused by that as well.

The way it's worded sounds like you can turn 10k from bonus to cash, wait 30 days and then turn more from bonus to cash?

It doesn't sound like that's what's happening though.

Exactly. They phrased their "rules" in the way that nobody can clearly understand them - it sounds like you should be able to cash out $10k, wait 30 days and then ask for more.
But in practice they simply confiscated all my balance over $10k and that's it.
Nowhere in the rules it is stated that your balance will be confiscated.

No. They told me "money confiscated" and closed the chat.
Thanks for clarifying. Like I wrote above, the rule in question above is incomprehensible. DSI should pay you according to the 10k/month rule, but I guess they won't.

That's pretty disappointing. As a non-bonus taker, DSI has been good for me and I have defended them here. I can't defend this.

They also use another scam. If you deposit with a credit card - they confiscate something like 10% of your balance when you request bitcoin payout, they call it a "fee". And you don't know about that until you request a payout. I also found this a hard way...

Currently dealing with them. Please never use this site. They just took 15,700 of my money because of the no winning over 10k with the bonus. I had already lost everything I put in there like 4 times. They charged me like 10% to deposit with a credit card. And now I can’t cash out my 10,000$. Bitcoin doesn’t even show up as an option and all I can use is money gram and the limit is $390. I have chatted with customer service like 50
Times they say it will be fixed in 2 hours each time. This has been going on for 48 hours now and still nothing. The phone number to call just hangs up and says to chat online. Please never ever ever use this site. They totally steal your money

It's tiring hearing the same story from people that don't read the terms of a website before they deposit something big and run up a balance. When it's an actual rule it is not scamming. Their bonus rules are annoying and not the norm but they are what they are, complaining after diving in blindly ( try joining this forum before you try a new website ) isn't going to get you anywhere with them. The guy that posted right above you just stated that they will hit you with a 10% fee for turning that CC deposit into a withdrawal via bitcoin so prepare yourself for that fun news too. The fact you were willing to pay a 10% fee just to make a deposit via credit card leads me to think your eyes lit up at the bonus offer to begin with so never bothered to read it's terms. This is how we learn

Wow, this is a scheme by which they fool and make money on us. I also faced a similar situation and it is really unpleasant.
