BetDSI.eu cut max payout limit to $11 with $23k rollover remaining

Took a huge rollover deposit back in September and with $23,757.07 left to complete they have cut my max payout limit to $11 this morning. I requested for an account review and will have an update in 48 hrs, pretty much asked them to withdraw my cash balance ($16,000) and forfeit my bonus balance ($4,444.16) unless they could increase my limits again. Mind you, my limits were cut from $250 to $100 to $50 to $20 and now to $11 throughout this whole process but now im thinking if theyll cut it to $5 which is why I messaged them today. Does anyone have any similar experience with this book? I saw positive reviews/feedback on the payout tracking thread last year which is why I took a chance on them.

I'm assuming you mean wagering limit instead of payout limit?

I'm guessing by the fact you aren't using the right terms you bit off more than you could chew and got sucked in by a nice bonus offer. Little to no chance they just left you forfeit your bonus balance and withdraw the cash balance, doesn't work that way. Prepare to make a few thousand bets before you see any of that money. IF the bonus you took was over 1k don't forget that only $100 per bet counts towards that rollover, a fun gem they have in the fine print that many have fallen victim to.

No, it is payout limit. Max payout limit has been cut to $11 which applies to a single event meaning I am not able to WIN $11 on moneyline + $11 on total on same event lol

UPDAT!! BetDSI has decided to shut my account down and pay me out $1,000/week until my accounts cash balance is fully paid. They have also decided to remove the bonus balance and void all pending bets.

Yes, I was using Unabated/OJ for top-down/arb/low-hold betting but how is that fraud? I don't think it should warrant them to confiscate winnings when they were beat fair and square. Also, why give me the run around for 7 months knowing well if they never intended to pay by literally wasting my time everyday trying to get through the rollover...

It's not fraud. But don't take bonuses with them and definitely dont stack bonuses with a book like betdsi when you're clearly acting/betting like an advantage player.

I doubt not taking the bonus would have mattered as they wouldn't have honored the winnings either way. Also, the bonus fund is separate from the cash balance at BetDSI.eu, meaning they don't have to payout my bonus balance which is what I was suggesting to them after getting cut to $11 limits.

If you're sharp- be sharp. Don't take risks with risky books. That simple. People think they can just hit a sh1tbook like DSI for $20k+ and get paid without any problems. We all learned the hard way and this situation is no different.

They aren't even replying to my emails anymore despite them saying on Saturday that they would start processing withdrawals of $1,000/week until my deposits are fully paid ($7,315)...
