I woke up one day and logged into my BetDS-Slime (BetDSI) account $18,000 in cash and $3000 in pending bets just vanished into thin air (account# D488802).
That's not a sportsbook at that point... that's simply organized crime.
They should be dropped to an F rating immediately.
I read the terms of the bonus before I deposited and it didn't mention anything about a max cash out. I'm not new to betting sports and I'm not an idiot. What makes things worse is that I was betting arbitrage/ zero hold bets betting both sides and if I won $21,000 on their site that means I lost $21,000 elsewhere. And I don't care if something was buried on page 8000 of their terms of use.
There are industry standards in place.
I have bet on a bunch of other sportsbooks and never had a problem. If you do something completely unconventional, irrational and incomprehensible and justify it by something buried in your terms of use that's on you... not me.
