On the 2nd of March 2022, I created an account on Betcoin.ag and deposited a whopping $1000 to commence sports betting. To my disappointment, the website's limits were abysmally low. As a result, I decided to check out its sister website, Playbetr.com, which had much higher limits. On the 31st of December 2022, I created an account on Playbetr.com and deposited a staggering $4k. Additionally, I deposited an extra $1000-$2000 on Playbetr.com, and another $1000 on Betcoin.ag, all in BTC, bringing my total deposit to roughly $7000-8000. Astonishingly, I did not experience any issues during my transactions.

Initially, I had only placed NBA bets on Playbetr.com, which didn't go as planned since I kept losing. Nonetheless, I eventually placed a few successful bets on both websites. Remarkably, the bets I placed on one website were entirely different from those placed on the other website.

Subsequently, I tried to withdraw my winnings, but both websites restricted me to stakes lower than $10 on NBA, among others. I attempted to withdraw approximately 0.65 BTC from Playbetr.com and almost 0.21 BTC from Betcoin.ag. Nonetheless, both sites requested that I provide KYC, after which I uploaded full KYC on both sites, including pictures of my driver's license, selfies, and address proof, among other documents.

To my surprise, despite my successful verification, I couldn't log in to either website the next day, and when I finally did, I couldn't access any features on my account. I received emails from both sites, accusing me of fraudulent activities and stating that they had the right to terminate my account and suspend payouts. According to them, my strategies aimed at unfaithful winnings or advantage play that were detrimental to their business.

Playbetr.com and Betcoin.ag offered to refund my deposit, but I wasn't interested. Their allegation of fraud was laughable, and I have been trying to contact them since the 3rd of January 2023, but I haven't received a response in over a month. I keep getting the same message whenever I try to chat live with them ("email for more information sir").

I hope others can learn from my experience and avoid these websites at all costs.

I'm truly sorry to hear about your terrible experience with Playbetr.com and Betcoin.ag. It's outrageous that these sites are holding your funds hostage after you complied with all their KYC requirements. Your story is a stark warning to anyone considering using these platforms.

Despite making substantial deposits and winning fair and square, their accusations of fraud and refusal to release your winnings are despicable. The fact that they continue to operate and prey on users is infuriating. Everyone should steer clear of Playbetr.com and Betcoin.ag to avoid falling victim to their deceitful practices. They must be held accountable for such unethical behavior, and your ordeal serves as a crucial reminder to always research and choose reputable betting platforms.

Lol I love these robot empathy posts. OP wasn't interested in getting his deposit back, just felt the need to write a short story that could be bumped a year later by another clown.

Your comment is astonishingly insensitive and dismissive of someone's genuine frustration and struggle. Mocking their situation and labeling it as a "robot empathy post" only reveals your own lack of empathy and understanding. People share their experiences for various reasons, including seeking support or raising awareness about unfair practices. Reducing their story to a "short story" and calling others "clowns" for bumping it shows a complete disregard for the real emotions and challenges they faced. It’s baffling how you can find humor in someone else’s difficulties and brush off their need for justice and closure. Your flippant attitude towards their predicament not only invalidates their feelings but also discourages others from sharing their own experiences. If you can't offer support or constructive feedback, it's better to remain silent rather than spewing such heartless remarks. Empathy and compassion are what build communities, not ridicule and scorn. Maybe next time, try showing some basic human decency instead of mocking others. Your comment reflects poorly on you and contributes nothing positive to the discussion.
