Betcity closed my account:11473146 and asked me to provide some documents which I did both scanned and photocopies but till date my account and money is yet to be released to me for over 10 days

Since they refused to pay you, that's a direct violation of the law on their part. Although, what do you expect from a bookmaker's office? I try not to get involved with them, that's why I`m not cheated for money. I see that it's been a couple of years since you asked, but I had a situation similar to yours specifically with documents. I had to spend a bunch of time filling out all kinds of paperwork Naturally, I was charged additional fees, as usual.
