First of all I would like to say that withdrawls at BetCity were quite fast and after Deposit and no possibility of placing a Bet, the withdrawl came as quick.
I made a single Bet that was won and the withdrawl was made of the winnings, all fine then.
After that I tried to place a second bet, deposited an tried to accept the Slip.
To my suprised, the High Limit of the Stake was set at 0.01 Euros.
I contacted the Live Chat, the response was the standard "We can limit the Upper Limit without warning or reason, your question has been considered and the Limit stays".
I have tried to get an explanation by email and Live Chat several times, always the same response, the Limit stays, without any other reason or previsison of change.
I was wondering if somebody has the same problems and if it is normal this behavior?
