I entered a promotion being run by betbright whereby i if Man united beat liverppol 2 1 then i would receive 100 pounds if i deposited 10 pounds, i have tried and failed many times to deposit money as my card keeps being declined. i contacted betbright and was told that she could not put my details through. she suggested that i didnt have enough money in my account which was completely incorrect, therefore i cannot seem to be able to claim my 100 pounds.

Did you deposit money before the start of the match yes or no?

Because if you didn't, irregardless of what the reason was, then you have not placed a bet and certainly cannot claim the winnings.

Your gripe is that they did not accept your payment method (for whatever reason) and you could therefore not open an account to take advantage of their generous bonus offer.
You think you are due money, even though they did not accept your bet or money in the first place.
Are you a total chancer or time waster?

Bunch of lying so and so's!

Go on the home page it clearly says "Bet £5 get £20
Offer only available to new customers who text BET to 67555 or come through related online promotional material. Minimum £5 bet to qualify. Single bets only. Max free bet is £20 even with stakes higher than £5 Stake not returned with any winnings arising from the free bet. Offer expires 03/07/2013. Betbright Standard Terms & Conditions apply."

Well, I texted, joined, deposited £5 and bet. Then I was told the promotion is not valid and they should have removed it.

IT CLEARLY SAYS 03/07/2013! AND IT'S STILL THERE AFTER MY EMAIL!

Avoid! The phone number never works and CS is just one rude girl called Emma who cuts you off. "Irish regulated" my backside, yeah head office the caravan park.

In the name of customer protection, here is all the info you need on these "Irish regulated, PO Box address, 0845 number, CS cutoff, offer dodging" shysters:

1. MSE forum with withdrawal and offer horror stories http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=4101503
2. Betfair community users complaints http://community.betfair.com/football/go/thread/view/94070/29378943/
3. Gambling Times late late payouts http://www.thegamblingtimes.com/board/payout-times-reports/26073-betbright.html
4. Scamadviser check "Site is Ireland based ,but may also be from the United Kingdom" http://www.scamadviser.com/is-betbright.com-a-fake-site.html

I should have done my homework before and I regret it now. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! Giving your money to Nigerian generals would be safer. Let these shysters go out of business by not biting to any of their offers and giving them all your details.

It actually says the free bet expires on 03/07/2013

Offer closing date 17/06/2013.

I guess you took a shot to a free bet and it didn't work, no reason to trash the bookmaker for that.

That was added AFTER I complained and they lied about everything.

Luckily I took a screenshot a couple of hours before. This is from today BEFORE my complaint and threat to report them for a scam/fraud.

By the way, I signed up on 21/06/2013 with those terms. Very convenient that new term.
