Betanysports has really gone downhill

I am an affiliate and have been with them for past 5 years. Back when Tony oversaw them I had moved a couple of my guys there and agreed upon a 30% rev share.

My players have lost over 180k and this past week they decide to lock me out and seize my balance. After speaking with Arnold and Dave they state "if I dont send new players, they wont allow me to pull out my balance or continue to pay me on my current players". No coincidence that my players just happened to lose several thousand last week.

SCAM BOOK, stay away. Not what they once were!!!

Sounds like a personal business deal gone bad?? Has nothing to do with our posters getting paid. OP can fill out a complaint form but not sure if we get involved with someone's personal business deal.

I have never heard of a BMR or another forum poster not being paid by BAS. They went from paying in days when Tony ran it to now some posters getting paid in MINUTES and 7 days a week any hour of the day(don't see that too many places). They only negative you will hear is that they limit quick and sometimes with a delay but in general posters can't get enough money as they would like down there on games. They will continue to be one of my 6 books that I actively send money to and from(BM, JB, BOL, SB, BAS, Bovada(haven't sent in a few months but will once bonuses start back up with 5-10x RO). As a matter of fact I just received a nice bonus email from BAS I will use once BM/JB's Oktoberfest runs out but that has been unlimited.

I know a few months ago we had a poster complain about a book I never heard of. That poster had a business deal with the book I never heard of and wasn't a player so he didn't ask to file a complaint. He just wanted to get his story out there and make others aware. Not sure OP intentions as if I had a business deal, I wouldn't be airing it out on a message board. That is my take on it.

Do you believe everyone that signs up for an account here and makes a thread with allegations yet does not post any proof of such allegations and does not log in again since?? Could have posted emails/chat logs anything. He states he has players there 5 years yet calls them a scam book just this week?? Your smarter than that Frank. Show me where BAS has fvcked anyone out of cash?? They may be quick to limit or have a delay in accepting bets but they are not stealing anyone's fvcking cash and players money is safe there.

If you know something else Frank and got proof than fvcking speak up as they are still one of my outs and many others. Otherwise, you are just making this 10 minute new sign-up posts more significant than what it really is and your opinion is not to be taken seriously.

Frank has been around these forums forever and hangs out in the sportsbook sub-forums and knows BAS isn't a stiff book. Not quite sure why he would go the route of acting like the OP's post was legit. My bet is frank's limits were cut or has the delay like others but that is no reason to act like the book is a "Scam Book" like the OP suggested.

That is the type of Bullshit posts meant to scare off posters from going offshore. Not to many books left for us as it is. Don't need fake fvcking posts being acknowledged as legit from long-time posters. Not the 1st time Frank has done similar with a legit book because he may not like them. If you read enough of Frank's posts, he talks shit about some of the best and only books available to US posters like Bookmaker/BOL. You rarely hear anything nice about any book in of his posts. Just look at his post history and see for yourself

Here is last email from them. They say "send 2 more depositing players inorder to withdraw your commissions"? WTF, been with them years and players have never stopped playing. So, seizing my balance is ok? No big deal, moved my players. If this doesnt bother you, then play on.

As for poster "PIMIKE" I new you well from Heritage, you were always a standup guy. This behavior from BAS just started the past 6 months when the "new owners" took over. I'll stick with credible books like Jazz or Heritage. I've done my part, sent out my experience, nothing more to say.

Again, you had a personal business deal with BAS. We have no idea what the terms of your contract were. By your email it sounds like you had ONE player with them "I will contact my player and discuss with him moving." (singular tense) but needed at least 3. Again, that was your personal business deal you had with the book. Where in the email does it say your "players" money was confiscated?? You called them a "Scam book"??

Again show proof anywhere where BAS has scammed legit players that posted up Frank or JMeiser?? Until then they are a must have out that offers reduced juice

Deal was 30% rev share on players that I personally sent over and vouched for. This wasnt some mickey mouse affiliate deal where i didnt know the player or provide history. Some players are not cut out for credit so a post up is a better option. Previous owner was sharp guy and understood the value. I have no issue with a book changing changing terms and policy on a previous deal. I can either reject it, get paid, and move on, or stay with new terms.
However, what BAS did was freeze my account and claim that unless I sent 2 more depositing players, that I could not withdraw my funds or get paid the commissions owed on previous weeks losses? Thats just Shady business.What a reputable book would do is pay the commissions earned and send me on my way. Not rocket science, however these guys either have very little experience or just lean a little crooked. I understand that BMR has a deal with books they promote, but sometimes things just smell.

FYI, BAS just sent me previous balance last night that was in account $73, but conveinently left out the commissions earned for previous 2 weeks.

Yeah, I jumped the gun taking his word for it.

It may be true or it may not.....I have no idea.

BAS has never stiffed anyone that I know.

If this is true, though, it would be bush league and dishonorable.

My opinion on if BAS's payouts are reliable is yes they are.

My opinion of if they are a good book for anyone who consistently wins is no they aren't.

I should not have made a judgement so fast on his post.
