I’m on record, said it many times. Hands down the best software in the game, by light years. Clean, crisp, zero wonky. That being said they are hands down the most disrespectful outta pocket book I’ve ever seen. I probably wager somewhere in the neighborhood of $150k a year. Maybe $200k. YTD 2025 $66 in deposits. Down $22k. Probably $150k in bets. it’s entertainment and money I can afford to lose.

These motherless f ucks in years, have never once thrown a deposit match in my account. I can count on one hand how many bonus bets they’ve given me. Peanuts. It’s puzzling. And let me just say DraftKings which maybe gets 10% of my action does nothing but put boosts in my account. $250 max wagers. So after years I was bored last Saturday after being basically even on Saturday morning soccer bets. I jump on live chat and pose the question to them. I told the dude you guys take my business for granted. Tells me sorry you’re frustrated. I’m not frustrated, it took me years to even be bothered to jump on live chat and question it. So I told them I’m reassessing the relationship and will probably pivot to other books. Said he’ll pass it along. Check my account Monday. Never gave me anything. Who runs these books. That’s malpractice. It’s really an insane way to do business. I wasn't asking for the stars. Show me you appreciate me twice a year and put a deposit match $500 in my account. Nothing. Crazy.

Bet 365 limited me to $1.99 a bet back in 2003. Checked in a few months ago to get my password and they said had no record of my account, said I could join again and get a $500 bonus. Pretty quickly back to $1.99 a bet. Guess I'll give it another 20 years and then try again.
