I opened account at bet2be about a month ago, and i won over 1500 gbp. I withdraw money 2 times without problem, first time about 150 gbp and second time 400 gbp. After that i withdraw 300 gbp that is still waiting confirmation. I send all the documents that they asked from me, and when they are verified i made another withdrawal of 700 gpb that is still in verification process. Today is 10.9.2014. and i asked for first withdrawal on 19.8.2014. and second one on 26.8.2014. Both withdrawals are still awaiting confirmation. When i asked why is it taking so long (first 2 withdrawals are processed in 3 days) they sad:

Your payout will be processed shortly!
Hope on your understanding, as well as the fact that we have internal moderation and verification queue.

That was 13 days ago. From that day, i send them 2 times message and email and i didnt heard from them.

I have screenshots of everything i described here. What can i do to get my money?

Thank You

They appear to have payment issues, but the best thing is that they have an IOM license, which is probably one of the best commissions about. They will actually do something for you if you contact them.

They paid me 17 days after i asked for withdraw, and after more than 5 mails and conversation. But i still have one pending withdrawal that is under verification process for more than 20 days, and i am trying to reach them but with no answer.
What do you guys think i should do next?

Keep trying.Who are the IOM betting watchdog/authority ? Assuming 'yourmum' is correct, find out and threaten to contact them. Then follow through,if necessary. Now that they have paid you some of the money, that makes it harder for them to argue that it is a verification issue - unless that refers to a specific payment.

IOM = Isle of Man. If I remember correctly they are required to keep players funds separate in order to have / keep their license. If it's just payout issues and there's nothing dodgy going on such as multi accounting, they'll find in your favour and make them payout.

A player from BMR was paid today after waiting almost a month, approximately 500 GBP.

Again if there are any others still waiting who haven't already sent an email with all their complaint information, please send one to disputes@bookmakersreview.com

My account was 100% verified, and they cancel my withdraw and asked for picture where i hold my passport. I send them that picture, and asked for withdraw again, and they refused it with no reason. I mean no reason at all, they send me mail: "We can't to get out your money because - " ... nothing, that was all mail, after - just blank. I asked what is going on, and still w8ing for answer. Really weird...

I would report them to the Isle of Man Gaming Commission- they will sort this out for you.
They are perhaps the only regulatary body in the UK, that actually do something.

Strangely enough, my cousin has had new problems with this bookmaker again. He tried to make a withdrawal again after winning around £3,000. They cancelled his request claiming they needed further verification of his id, despite accepting it previously. They asked for a photo of himself next to his passport. He sent them this and tried to withdraw his balance yesterday. They now say they cannot process his withdrawal because they are claiming that he has a double account- which is not true. His last winning bet that he placed with them was around 3 weeks ago, and he has been waiting for his withdrawal money from then, after having not touched his account since. Unfortunately,on Monday, his girlfriend's brother placed a bet with them on his computer (not using the same account obviously). He made a deposit of £400, and lost £200 on a football bet. When my cousin tried to log into his account later on, he found a message saying that his account was blocked because he may have 2 accounts. It looks like these jokers will do anything to stop people from withdrawing. I would warn all people not to bet with them and get any money they have in their accounts withdrawn immedietly. These are outright scammers, like Betcas, and Lightbet.
My cousin has reported them to the Isle of Man Gaming Commission, and is in the process of writing and activating a small court claims if it comes to that.

I still have problem with them, still no money received. After last thing i described, i withdraw again and i was rejected again, with another email that i need to send photo of me holding my passport, even i already send it. I send it again, asking did they received it, no answer. I withdraw again and got message - we saw that you have problems with your withdrawal, please withdraw again. Now my withdraw is not canceled so i cant withdraw again. I reported them to isle of man gaming commission, but still no answer from them too. It is now almost 2 months past from my first withdraw attempt. I am sending them emails one or two per week but no answer at all. What should be my next step?
