Hello,

I created an account on bet105 and made one bet only

They went and froze my account for weeks now without any updates.

Not sure what the issue is, they didn't even ask me to verify or anything which I find very odd.

Is there someone that can guide me with this issue?

Or is there a bet105 rep somewhere that can help?

I tried emailing and chat, they always email me with the same response no time frame for your issue.

The weird thing is I really only made one bet and it was a small amount too.

This is just very frustrating and annoying to be honest

I hope this issue is resolved soon, just a bit weird that this issue happened in the first place.

I've played on other sites like bookmaker etc never have I experienced this problem before.

Just got an update from bet105, stay away from this site guys.

They actually forfeited my only winning bet and closed my account without any explanation, and are refusing to communicate in any way.

It was actually a huge mistake even signing up to try this website, and I suggest using it with extreme caution since they can just out the blue void your bets and close your account.

I don't think it's fair that this happened to me, even though I didn't do anything wrong other than signing up to this bookie and making one bet with a small amount of $300.

They obviously think you've done something wrong. Bet105 is not a scam book, and they really don't care about a $300 win.

So what does their update say?
They didn't say anything or give an explanation.

All they said is your account is closed and winnings forfeited. Also live chat has been extremely unhelpful they refuse to provide any information and just said your not a customer here anymore so you cant use live chat. Out of all the years gambling online I've never experienced such poor customer service.

To clear any confusion my bet was 300$ to win $750

I hope so, for me it's not about getting a deposit back. It's mainly the sort of treatment I received at bet105, I would like to know what I did wrong but they refuse to provide any info I guess they really have nothing to say.

I checked the TOS and I didn't breach any of the terms, the weird thing I found is that they didn't even bother verifying my account in the first place they just closed it which is pretty weird lol

When a sportsbook suspects you of wrongdoing, they never tell you what it is. That would give a future edge to the wrongdoers.

They've made their decision. You're just going to have to accept your deposit back and move on.

The OP has had his deposit refunded. There were irregularities not mentioned with this particular event and situation overall. This does not include only the OP; a number of related accounts appear to have coordinated together.

The OP's account had been dormant since mid January prior to depositing for the event, and was identified after his first and only wager. Bet105 is continuing to investigate the scope of it but we're not going to be able to give a play-by-play here. We are looking at what data they have and continuing a conversation about their policy enforcement in general. No other complaints are on file.

I was not informed by bet105 about these circumstances prior to making a post, so its good to finally know the reason behind what happened to me and know what the current situation is.

Is that an issue if I created an account and didn't make any wagers until I saw something suitable? Also the teams in question had 4 matches played between January and February.

I was just unfortunate to place a wager at the last match they had as I saw they had promising results, and thought it was a good bet.

I also wanted to clarify that I didn't place max wagers, bet105 has really high limits from what I've seen. If I was so sure of the result why didn't I max out my profits by doing max wagers and betting on every single match that either of these teams played between January and February when my account was "dormant"?

I guess what it came down to is placing a wager at the wrong time.
