SBET 365 APP ISSUES!!!
I recently had an issue with the bet 365 app in which I had managed to generate a sun from various bets to reach £486.10. When I selected a new bet of next goal to be a shot in a football match the app prompted the value of £486.10. I did not wish to bet this amount and only wanted to bet £150. When I selected the value option with the intention to change it it selected the pence area of the value and automatically placed the bet at £486.10. The bet then lost within 1 minute of the error from the app and I lost this large sum of money. Please can I ask if anyone has had major issues with the BET 365 app and this has in fact happened to them as well when selecting the value? It usually glitches when you set the value and add pence to it. However, not every time. If anyone has any help to offer please let me know. I have spoken to bet 365 and they advise me to use the live chat but each time I speak to advisor I am transferred to a different team and am removed from the chat and cannot access it again. Then the app starts to glitch after this where if I select live chat it sends me back to the previous page. I have a screen recording of the live chat glitch but unsure how to post on here.
