I actually prefer Betfair for in-play betting.There is a delay of a few seconds,but once your bet has been matched,you are on.Some bookies delay you longer,and some can void your bet even after accepting it due to 'danger zones' etc.

Bet365. Mostly because it's reliable, covers almost everything and is easy to navigate.
