I could care less if a guy bets $10k or $1 on a play. If they are a good capper, then great.
I've seen a lot of bad cappers lose $1K+/play and a lot of good ones win consistently betting $10/play
The size of a persons bets doesn't indicate a measure of his "manhood".... Or does it?
JJ can you comment?
That's why units plus or minus makes the most sense to me. It's irrelevant if you are 100 - 65 with no unit totals. You could easily be down money if you bet heavily juiced plays. Units solve all and reflect if you are winning or losing money.
You shouldn't judge a sports bettor by how much he or she bets you should judge them by ROI and units gained or lost. At the end of the day it doesn't matter how much you bet you can be a pretty good capper betting pizza money or even less than that if that's how much your risk tolerance allows for.
I probably bet a lot more than an average post here. Notice *probably*, and *average*.
And all I have to say is: relying on relief pitchers to pay your bills, expand, pay partners and find new outs is not a fun-filled life. It keeps you young, kind of. But so does simply taking cocaine.
No time to post, I just browse the forums when I can't sleep.
Unlike some of us in this thread, MLB has been treating me fairly this season. And now with Euro cups I don't know what I'd do without this little baby right here
