Weren’t both Angie and Wild Horses at least somewhat “inspired” by her.

Dated Mick publicly and later acknowledged affair with Keith during that time.

I know they have publicly denied it over the years - but Keith himself has also basically admitted Angie is just “wild horses rides again” and Angie was about a woman (cleverly using his daughters name to hide the true identity and building on the melodies the song with some new lyrics.

I’m pretty certain he mentioned it in “Life”.

Again - not 100% certain as it’s been years since I read the book - but the 2 songs certainly share a similarity musically.

It doesn't matter if they use the same notes. Almost all songs use the same notes, especially in rock.

If the arrangement is different, as it is for these two songs, then the melody is also different.

Keith must have been higher than a kite when he said that.

It's a great song by both singers. Too bad the Stones version here is being lip synced.
