I thought throwing a shorter pass or two over the middle to try and get another first down that would have almost put them into FG range would have been a better strategy then letting Williams gun-sling it deep.

100%. They only needed a fg at that point. Why is he making that throw unless he is 100% sure.

Something like this though is what gives me pause on taking the Rams. Bears could have won this game.
