Multi million dollar book - but they can’t afford to develop their own website so go to the Wix of betting software provider and turn over the keys to their empire - yea, that sounds reasonable.

Big offshore providers basically use the dgs system or ASI , what they do is use their own programmers and change it up

they have a lot of money so they’ll purchase and or lease the entire system so they have full access

The mom and pop shops have access to nothing. They just pay that monthly fee per player.

Exactly - big books tweak the system to their needs.

No one is just using a plug and play $5 PPH service to manage their million dollar book.

Small guys do this - absolutely. Doesn’t mean they don’t pay - just means they don’t have the need to build out a full scale website on their own for their 100-200 active players on the rolls.

Depending on the book - you may be dealing with an individual completely - or you may have a book hosted on a PPH website and owned by an individual who simply takes a cut of losses and passes the risk off to a larger operation who handles all the financial transactions and is responsible for paying winners.

Likely - or basically just sales people who take their client list and market themselves as an individual book while letting someone else handle all the back end functions taking a cut of the profits shown.

Nothing wrong with this - from a player perspective it actually makes things MORE secure - so long as the backer doesn’t say “cheers” and slip off to Cuba with everyone’s money.
