I made deposit 8 months ago and it was boosted 24 k rollover was attached … Lost the deposit .. Should be zeroed out .. So I ask them why is there a 24 k rollover , they said once you meet the vip rollover we will fix the other .. So I did meet rollover for vip amount ,spoke to management and now they will not fix it ..still 23 k to rollover .. I have proof in chat … I dont lie .. This is dictator type actions . I said are you really thinking players will come back to deposit with . 23 k rollover .. Its only a 252.00 withdrawal .. But you guys may get stuck with more .. Hope they are not short funded trying games like this is very unprofessional .. Lies and after asking assured it would all be fixed .But management will not fix it

My guess is you had a remaining balance on that deposit, it literally has to hit $0.00 to zero out with them as far as i recall. Don't see how this is a trick to get people to deposit more...they gave you something free and IF you have to bet 23k to unlock it well then i guess it is what it is. At the end of the day it cost you nothing, but still feel like you had a balance prior to that and never fully busted out.

That’s fine and I’m not trying to get anything for free or was just trying to make note of for people that may have $1.20 or 56 cent that they may need to roll over $23,000 that’s shady and after being told in chat that they would clear it for me and after I cleared up my rollover for the Vip it’s not murder, but it’s still not good in my book I’m not arguing just my opinion and right, right wrong is wrong

And I checked it with management and and probably like four other reps are all verified and I would be good to cash out and after I cleared the Vip‘s they would make up the boost bonus back to zero and they lied not the end of the world‘s, but they did lie

If this is true thats outrageous.

At BetUS I had like 10 bucks left and had about 15k to rollover.

I asked the personal account manager I wanna deposit to get my money back but what

can I do about that 15k rollover left.

My guy just told me he will erase the rollover, just deposit and fresh start.

I mean to keep a customer and keep them betting at your place, over a dollar ?? really?

If its true , bad business decision

No reason for me to lie , its 275.00 not much .. was just trying to tell people that got a vip bonus if they had one to check there rollover in cashier before they go all in on bets to hedge etc .. cause that rollover of whatever the cashier says they will not zero it out like they did in past for me many times said you have to make a deposit to have it zeroed .. And that was after they assured me in chat they would zero it after I met my vip rollover .. my last deposit made there in may I lost it was 2700 boosted so it had a 24k rollover 10 x lost it and they said they would zero that and they did not ..so some guys got big vip bonus 1800 etc if they hedge all in and thinking they can cash out just be careful look at cashier to check rollover .. theres may be 0 thats fine just was giving my situation to help ..

I understand where you're coming from, and it's frustrating to deal with unclear rollover requirements, especially after being told they'd be fixed. It isn't enjoyable when assurances aren't followed through. Have you tried reaching out to customer support again? Sometimes, persistence pays off.
