So BAS is voiding my White Sox money line bet - stating the game is not “official” in their view as it did not go 9 full innings.

Of course totals - this would be correct for - but sides as long as the game goes 5 1/2 - the rule is the declared winner by MLB is the winner.

I have asked them to show me on their website where they have rules showing their betting rules differ from widely accepted standards (as I can’t find them) and of course nothing.

Just stating it’s their right to void a bet that would be declared a winner anywhere else. Guess that’s it for me and BAS after this deposit runs out.

Initially ruled a winner - an hour later reversed the decision and called it no action.

Did any Minny bettors receive a refund for their pre game money line bets ?

Of course totals/run lines are no action as live in game bets should be - but bet a side before the game and it wins officially - that’s always been a winner at any sportsbook in my experience.

Said they are “looking into it” with wagering.

Just concerning as:

- there are no official rules on the site and they could not tell me where to find them in chat
- it was graded a winner- then voided manually

Just curious as to if anyone holding a Twins ticket saw the same action in their account. The initial grading was likely an “auto grade” as the system verified the game winner - the reversal though was likely manually adjusted - if they voided Minnesota tickets - then fair enough. The mistake will hopefully be corrected and paid.

All regular season and exhibition baseball games are considered official after 5 innings of play (4½ if the home team is winning). If a game is called or suspended after 5 innings, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning of play – unless the home team scores to tie or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in that case, the winner is then determined by the score at the time the game is called. When betting on baseball totals or run-lines, the game must go 9 innings or 8½ if the home team is winning

Terrible rule. Got burned on an arb vs them on the money line a few years ago. Learned my lesson that way. Honestly, I cannot believe they don't recognize a money line game bet is official as MLB does. Only play run lines and total there if I play bases there.

Tennis is one for sure...read the rules. Some have one set to be official on a DQ or retirement, others require the match to do the distance.

Looks like they made it right

I am guessing it was an error on a clerks part - voiding all as totals/run lines would properly be voided.

Still just annoying when they couldn’t point me in direction of their rules when asked - guessing as I’m on my phone and getting a mobile version.
Great to hear. Maybe update the thread title?
