More bet on him to score a TD than any other player Sunday

No reason not to score unless he didn’t want to risk an injury

would have just put it more out of reach than it already was

Its not like he stopped on 5 yard line.He probably would have been caught

Dude has gone 20 miles per hour more than any back in the league.

He has 4 of the top 20 speediest plays of the season, no player had more. He reached 21.93 mph in Week 7 on 55 yard rush. That play was 4th fastest of the year, and it was 2nd among backs...the next week, Jahmyr Gibbs hit 22.03 on a 70 yarder.

In week 12 he hit 21.91 mph, 5th fastest play in the league.

I'm hoping you think someone had the angle there because otherwise do you still think he was going to get caught?

It was the right call.

You stop short of scoring - you run the clock out.

Is it likely that if he scores the Pack score 3 TDs to beat the Eagles (including 2 onside kicks recovered) - absolutely not/the chances of that are .00000000001% - but know what has an even lower percentage of happening ? Eagles fumbling in the victory formation and GB recovering it - running it back for a TD.

In a way surprised he didn’t just run it to the 1 and kneel - allow someone to tap him down (or run out of bounds - not like stopping the clock at that point would be an issue) - get both the benefit of maximum rushing yards possible and the team win.

At the same time though - just slide down and enjoy the win. Your team won and save the chance of tweaking something as you’re gonna be needed next week again.

Players play for wins. They don’t play for gamblers - it’s why I hate betting into spreads. You think guys are looking up the spread pre game thinking they need to cover? No - with very few exceptions it doesn’t come into the mind of a player - refs maybe - but not players.

"Stats don’t matter, the only stat that matters is the win" - Barkley. I like this player.. but yeah, it saved the books a ton of money.
