Hello. I have really dificult situation with B-bets and i would like to know if someone else had the same problem with this Casino.
Last month i won some money on sportbook. I made decision to payout part of this money. It was 200 euro and IT was my first withdrawal. Before i made a lot of deposits but i lost every Time when i was playing there.
Of cource, they asked me about veryfication.
I sent them everything they asking for:
- ID
- Adres confirmation
- bank account confirmation
- deposit confirmation
Every document was legal and correct . I sent exactly what they needed.
After few days of waiting for withdraw i sent e-mail with the question why they still didnt send money and then comedy started.
I upload photo of last e-mail from Bbets. Generally, every info from them looks the same. For me that's absolutely illegal what they doing becouse they have no reason to block my payout. I waiting almost one month!
Please give me any solution what can i do with that. Did someone have the same problem with this company?
