I have played on ps3838 through AsianConnect for a few monthes. I have completed first KYC and everything was fine. But recently I have noticed that withdrawal of funds is not avalaible no more becasue of new KYC. They asked different documents and all documents were provided.
But yesterday they asked Driver Licence. I cant provide Driver Licence because I have no Driver Licence. In our country(Ukraine) Driver Licence is not mandatory and I have never learned to be a driver and have no Driver License. That was said to AsianConnect but they answered "Unless you provide the exact documents needed in our previous email, we can proceed with your verification."
So they continue to demand documents that I have no possibility to provide. I thought that AssianConnect is trustful broker but they act like scammers.
I dont know what to do, please help.
