Took all of one week after @BobbyFK trashed them for dozens of locations to close.

The food industry/restaurant world is afraid of Bob. He has great influence

But the truth is that Bobby is actually highly respected in the restaurant world. He can make or break a business with just one video review.

As for chains, Longhorns in Texas roadhouse is much better

About a year ago all of the ones around here stop fire grilling their steaks

Last two or three times I went to Outback they jacked up my Bloomin Onion. Was either way undercooked or way overcooked so I had to have them make me another one.

I also had a manager treat us so poorly that I complained to the GM. They sent us $100 gift card. But I wish they would have gotten everything right, including the customer service, the first time instead of feeling that I had to complain. I hate to do stuff like that but the manager was so rude I couldn’t let it go
