Anyone NEVER had a headache in their life?

Sorry I know not sports related but I have had headaches on my mind literally last 4 days. 4 days straight sinus headaches can't shake it.

Anyway I have known 2 people in my life who asked me what is a headache like as they had never had one. Both were in their seventies. One was my dad .Having had this problem off and on my whole life I just found that statement astounding.

I get them all the time. I do not believe that there are people that don't get headaches, maybe they don't know how to describe them correctly? Who knows?

I agree. My father did complain of a headache once shortly before he died.

Hard to believe someone not knowing they had a headache.. Head hurts like hell

I rarely get headaches. Hardly ever. When I feel one come on, I realize it's usually because I'm clenching my teeth. I then am aware of what causes it and I stop clenching my teeth and massage my jaw muscles and then my temples and the headache disappears.

On occasion I'll get a slight headache when I'm under stress from work so I'll realize this and just make ways to relax like take deep breaths and try to stop thinking about what's causing the stress.

It's a matter of biofeedback for me. Once I feel a headache coming on I just find ways to stop it.

Sorry to hear about your headache, Keith. I think 4 days straight of headaches is already not normal, you should go and visit a doctor for a check-up.

Not enough sleep will immediately give me a headache, also a hangover, but I've never met any person who has never experienced a headache.

headaches are the absolute worse, especially migraines.

it's mind blowing to hear people in their 70s have never had a headache, wow. they mustve been very stress free haha

Too many headaches to count, mostly caused by dehydration

My dad and sister are both prone to migraines, thankfully I dodged that gene
