No issues here. Made UTSA bet 10 min before gametime and just made on on the next game.

I missed the UTSA boat because of their tech issues. Customer service said they were working on it 5 minutes til kick

I too had issues b4 game time. They mentioned on live chat they were aware of the issues. I had to live bet the UTSA game midway through the 1st quarter.

I must have just missed it. It wasn't a problem for me.
I guess I just got lucky on the timing.
