I understand moderation is key. But the connundrum is that
Life IS all about all-in. U cant just put 1 put forward & see what happens.
That means ur indecisive.

There no "best take" in life, or 17th take to create perfect content.

depends on what your roll is , i was always aggressive. even if i only had 50k bankroll back then id go 1k on great europlays over i had, but id hit at a high clip. after one loss id scale it back maybe 500

I don’t subscribe to the “ALL IN” bet anymore. Got burned too many times. What I will do now at the very worst is add a unit or two to my original bet if I’m on a bad streak, but I will only do that with a very confident play. If that loses I cut my losses & reset, usually take a small break.
