also intermittent fasting and i think not eating in the morning really helps

Only for the first few days, then your body adjusts.

I did it, lost belly fat, put on muscle, felt great.

Diarrhea for 2-3 days. Then after that Shat every 3 days or so. Small shits.

I didn’t do bloodwork, so no idea of the results there but I felt great so something good was happening for sure.

But Eventually, after about a month or so, my body took a vacation to the CARB-ibbean islands.

I was pretty strict when I did it. I figured if I was gonna do it I might as well do it right.
