I was going with Utah but saw their prior score and thought.... I'M MISSING SOMETHING.

But look at UCLA since that blowout.

The loss to Utah was like their 4th loss in a row. Since then UCLA 6-1 and that lone L was a 6 point loss @ Zona.

Then look at the Utah game - they trailed - but remained competitive the first half - 2nd half was a complete blow out. UCLA just gave up once Utah got off to a hot 2nd half and put them down 20.

I don’t think we see that again tonight - I looked at this game - but feels like 2 teams headed in different directions now. UCLA getting some momentum while Utes losing theirs.

Utes 1-6 on the road - UCLA clearly should manage better than a low 40s shooting percentage and should be able to play their game and not get caught up in Utah and their faster pace.

Damn. Horrible foul this UCLA guy pounding an elbow into an Utah player throat to get ejected. Should be suspended additional games
