Betfair and Matchbook forbid US residents. Are there any decent exchanges which accept US residents?

Is it me or has Fairly liquidity decreased over the past couple years? It was never great. But I used it fairly regularly a couple years ago. Then I stopped during most of COVID, and now that I've come back to check the place out it seems like a ghost town.
