Remember when Sears used to give out “free” shit ro sign up for their credit cards - you’d get like a free $5 gift card to Dominoes and all you had to do was give your personal info - better they might give you a $400 credit line at 33% interest.

Apps are great for the offers - but not much more. Offshore has long since realized there are not many “new” bettors - just the same players they have been chasing for years and are targeting only known long term losers.
