Easy to say now after the horrible performance today
I watched every game he played in 2018 because it was the first year me and my girl were going out and I got nice futures on the Rams to win the NFC and the SB

I wasn’t surprised when the Rams traded him

If he has 10 seconds to throw, and a receiver gets separation, then he can light you up

But he has limitations and is very system-dependent

He’s basically Brock Purdy, though I’d rather have Purdy because of age and slightly better decision-making

Good analysis/analogy

Two things can be true. The defense can’t tackle nor stop a nosebleed. But Goff also threw 5 interceptions earlier in the season and they won. Both happened last night. Aiden Hutchinson would not have helped that defense i saw last night. Detroit losing will help them next year. The aggressive offense means nothing if you can’t stop anyone. Both coordinators, the coach and quarterback were exposed last night. They should all stay together for one more run. That was a learning experience for all of them. Its harder being the hunted than the hunter. The Lions are now the hunted they get everyone’s best shot. They have one more run in them. Philadelphia has the most talent, the Rams have the best coach, and the Vikings have the best organization, and the Packers have youth.

Guess Goff will still suck in big games

GM says “no drop off for Goff” despite losing OC

It might not be a drop off but that seems to be the farthest they can go Goff. Last year was their year and they blew it.

Someone explain to me the Stafford situation.

I just read this article about his status with the Rams going forward. His contract is through 2026. Is he contemplating retiring or what?

Rams had to retool after jamming for the Super Bowl, they've drafted great but were still in the middle of the turnover. Next yer could be another leap upwards but the the division isn't going to be easy win so that will likely factor in.
