Hello I am new here. I created an account and made this post seeking help. I am a fairly new bettor and I received an email from a site called Betalegre. I did some research and found out it’s based out of Costa Rica. (Site looked legit) I was offered a 150% freeplay bonus and I accepted. I sent 2k via venmo. The rollover was 20x I said that was fine. Flash forward I parlayed my freeplay in a 4 leg and won…. They then told me after my bet won that parlays can’t be used on freeplays and it was a glitch in the system they voided my bet…cause it shouldn’t have been allowed. This seems very unfair does anyone know or have experience with this book? The only other information I can add is a few names the only reason I know these names are because they are the Venmo’s they gave me to try and send my deposit too… I should’ve known it was a scam but still seeking help. The names are Dilalah Gonzalez, Joshua Sazo, and Jennifer Vargas. I’d avoid these people if you see their names elsewhere. Any input or help appreciated. I’m assuming there’s not much that can be done but at the very least I can save someone else from experiencing a similar situation like mine.
