To me that integrity, even in a soap opera story like fixed program like the NFL, has to be upheld, especaially when it comes to gambling and information.
In fact, because of the health and safety COVID protocols that were different for vaccinated players and non vaccinated players Aaron Rogers should have been suspended, at least for several games, for lying in a press conference when asked if he was vaccinated.
He said, "yeah, I'm immunized" implying he took the jab, when that wasn't true. In a bettor's eye, this puts him in a different protocol than he actually was in, which could affect how you process information to make a bet.
Lying in a press conference about injury or health status should be forbidden and severely punished as well.
Better to say nothing, than to misinform at an official NFL presser.
But gambling should not be tolerated and be a zero tolerance thing.
