YouWager is actually a pretty good book for the most part. The site is fairly easy to use and the CS is among the best out there.

I rank YouWager higher than MyBookie, BetUs, or Bovada.

However, the 2.5% BTC withdrawal fee is a petty move. And these shill posts we’ve seen at BMR are laughable. Whoever is doing that is a dummy.

Are they only charging the "non rec fee" on BTC payouts? I haven't really been looking into that part of our op recently. We weren't trying to wtihdraw from any of these accounts yet this year.

What's the deal? Is it a BTC withdrawal fee, or a "non rec fee" that they are imposing selectively?

Comparing them to Bovada and MyBookie?

Seems like something a shill would do.

They charge the 2.5% fee selectively. Maybe they apply it to other crypto payouts such as LTC as well? I’m not sure.

They charge the 2.5% fee selectively.

On shore tried to float the idea of imposing a winner's tax and that fell flat for sure. I saw it as a substitute for charging -115/-115 on standard lines.

Hopefully this selective "non rec" fee doesn't become some kind of industry standard.

I don't like it.

I probably wouldn't risk that. But I am curious where are you finding "free with OSGA?" I went to the OSGA website and didn't see it.

My understanding is others have complained to OSGA / stating exactly as mentioned - site advertises free crypto payout 1x per month - and citing their selective enforcement of the “rec players only” rule they made up.

YW has in the past backed down when the complaint was filed and credited the fee back.

But again - make damn sure your done with someone before going this route as it’s likely they would boot you unless your down lifetime (and then why call you a non rec player to begin with).

I mean - 10k withdrawal - it’s $250. Not pocket change - but if your winning at that clip - you likely would be better served playing at a reduced juice shop with no bonuses than YW which specializes in small bettors, restrictive free plays and favors bettors who side with the public plays at times.

Not sure the context of them crediting it back, but that’s good to hear.

If somehow they started doing the winners tax on the broad scale, across the markets, it would be fuckked up.

This idea of a winner‘s tax would create a dramatic shift in where groups churn money. Industry fees, eating into margins, would crush the industry, while softening lines, bringing back the industry.

There will be a trade-off as margins go up and down with the efficiency of the lines while the price of the tax will determine a tipping point.
