Alabama 22nd State To Not Require Permits To carry Firearm

Alabama became the 22nd state to pass a bill which does not require citizens to have a permit in order to carry a concealed weapon.

"Unlike most states who are doing everything in their power to make it harder for law abiding citizens, Alabama is reaffirming our commitment to defending our Second Amendment rights," the governor said in a statement. "I have always stood up for the rights of law abiding gunowners, and I am proud to do that again."

I guess I have mixed opinions on this

What makes a person a "Law abiding gunowners"? If they carry a license firearms? I really don't mind having this kind of law as long as they pass the neuro exam. The problem isn't guns, it's the person.
