Lots of changes here to make my life better JJ:

Began using headlights while driving at night.
Now I shoot first and ask questions later.
I started washing my hands after using the bathroom.
Stopped calling the police to deliver my takeout when I've been drinking.

I tried to disconnect from negative people and do what makes me happy. In short, I stopped pleasing people who weren't happy with my life decisions lol.

What about washing them before? Think about it your hands are dirty touching everything and then you unzip and touch your package with your dirty hands. Your package has been protected all day from dirt and germs so it's clean. And now you want to touch it with your dirty hands? Why not wash your hands first?
