5 dimes---appauling customer service

I just wanted to post this chat i had with 5dimes today and possibly get their rating pushed down....surely any company that has this kind of customer service is never a 4.5??? has anyone else had issues like these??

5D######: so how much can i place then now cuz i had deposited a little over 150 and requested 120 but only let me have the 24, was able to place it a few times but surely 24 wasnt the correct limits?

I was wondering how long it would take for this type of threads to appear here, so let me make myself clear right away: treating players like that is certainly not right and you have the option to take your business elsewhere.

I'm sure you'll never place a bet with 5Dimes ever again, ignoring their competitive odds and fast payouts, am I right?

What is not going to happen is that we reassess a bookmaker's rating because someone that just signed up to the site says so.

Spend some time around, post some reviews, share some betting experiences and when we know that you are a better person than Tony, we may even consider reassessing 5Dimes rating because of your chat exchange with Tony.

There is a lesson here,though.It is generally best to stay under bookmakers' radar and not to draw yourself to their attention.They only have so much time so if you take up too much of it,or rub them up the wrong way,they will shut you down.There are plenty more people like Tony out there.
In the case just mentioned,there was obviously a good reason for the low limit on that game - otherwise it wouldn't have been put there.So complaining about it was always going to be couterproductive.
