Record 2-2 -0.11 yesterday.
I like these 4 today.
NYM +113 vs Giants
I'm not sure why the Giants are favored (-123) vs Mets today. Starting pitching is close to even (Rodon vs Bassitt) and NYM bats are better. Relief pitching is nearly a wash between the teams. I think NYM continue with a 3 win over the Giants.
Seattle -142 vs Texas
Starting pitching is in favor of Mariners (Gilbert) over the Rangers (Dunning). Batting favors Seattle (WRC+ 115 vs 99) as does relief pitching (2.14 ERA vs 5.12). Rangers have lost 4 in a row. Lets make it 5 tonight.
LA Angels -130 Vs Houston
Its tough to bet against the Astros at home but I think one word may convince you the Angels can win. Ohtani.
Let's face it, Ohtani is off to a tough start in his first 2 games: 0-2 with an ERA of 7.56 but, I think he can turn it around tonight against a Astros team who's bats have been dead relative to prior years. He faces Odorizzi who has also struggled in his first two starts: 0-1 w/ 6.48 ERA.
The batting is what separates these teams. LAA is #1 in WRC+ at 137. Its not even close. 2nd is NYM at 123. Meanwhile the Astros are at WRC+ 102 (middle of the pack).
Relief pitching favors the astros though so FF might be a better option but you'll pay a little more for it at -135.
Yankees -165 vs Tigers
For those of you who like juice, I think this is a safe bet. Everyghing is leaning NYY (Pitching Severino vs Rodriguez, batting WRC+99 vs 76, slightly better relief pitching 1.87 vs 2.22 ERA).
