22Bet not letting me withdraw

I deposited 50 with 22Bet to do sports betting only to find no options for sports betting so I withdrew my 50 back without making a single bet and now they’ve asked me for identification to get my own money back, iv sent them all they’ve asked for and iv heard nothing back and read loads of reviews on forums about them doing it, can anyone help me please
