Social media always has weird trending stuff. Currently 2016 is trending which ok i get its 10 years ago but this didnt happen in previous years. But whatever.

I was dancing in college in late teens dancing in my 20s. Im 35 now with the ability. Not as flexible but still can work the hips. I see no reason why it stops
