Namaste,
i am a satisfied customer of 1xbit.com from India and have been regularly using it's services of deposit and withdrawals without any problems for a very long time.

I had accumulated promo points for my sports gameplay and had received promo wager bets in return. Unfortunately i couldn't use them as i got hit by Covid and the two coupons got expired.

i tried contacting them by Live chat but as usual the 1xbit and 1xbet customer service there sucks, the service rep had no idea what i was taking about and kept replying a generic copy paste response.

Could Bmr team help me with this and get me the promo codes reissued ?
i am attaching the screenshots of the codes and my userid.

I'm assuming that 1xbet and 1xbit are sister sites because their interface, UI, customer reps, their app everything is the same. Even their promotions and bonuses and odds are the same
