I joined them around 10 days ago and took advantage of their 100% deposit bonus. They have strict bonus T&C's which I stayed within throught the £600 wagering requirement which is to be completed within 21 days, by the way you can't bet on any Asian handicap and over/unders across all sports and strictly no baseball bets whilst trying to stick with in their 1.80 minimum odds bets. I completed the wagering requirements and my live balance was now £647.27. I made a withdrawal of £547 to leave £100.27 to.continue to bet with. The next morning I couldn't log into my account and received an email stating that my IP address has already been used for taking advantage of our sports sign up bonus! They are alleging that I have a duplicated account and due to this my account has been closed and my initial £50 deposit will be returned but any winnings that have been accumulated have been revoked from my account! Numerous emails back and forth and they provide no assistance and are quite harsh with their responses that I have conducted in fraudulent activity etc. They provided me with the IP address which has been allegedly used to access my account and according to an IP address search app the ip address is based in Newbury, some 130 miles away from where I live. They are not bothered by this and continue to maintain that their decision is final. I have reached out to Ibas who cannot help as 18bet are not registered through them and have directed me towards curacao egaming who I have sent a message to wanting to file a complaint. SBR have been of no help and I don't know where else to turn to get help on this matter. I want them to prove that my account was account accessed through this alleged IP address and details of the duplicated account which they can't provide due to data protection. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AMATEUR BOOKMAKER
