The Texas Tech vs Arkansas game is a tough one to call. The line opened at Ark -2.5 and is now Ark +2.5.


Both teams throw the ball A LOT.

Tech:

• QB is out so they will have Freshman QB starting who only has 23 attempts on the year.
• Best WR out.
• RB with 85% of the carries out of the backfield is out. So Arkansas will be solely focused on pass -D all day.

Arkansas:

• Best WR out
• Best TE out
• RB out - less of an issue since the backup is decent and is comparable to starter in stats.

I'm leaning Arkansas + points in this one since the QB is still playing and running game should still be OK. Passing game is questionable with fewer targets available but not as decimated at Texas Tech IMO.

Also like TX A&M -3 tonight vs USC.

Both teams have a lot of opt-outs but Texas A&M has their starting QB, RB, best WR still playing. Their only opt-outs of importance are 3 D-lineman. I'm not sure USC can capitalize on that with their main focus on passing and USC's starting RB opting out.
