I’m sorry I just don’t have the patience for people who have no common sense whatsoever

So i’m looking for the teaser prices & payoffs on a sports books’ site and cannot find them anywhere

i login to chat and ask for assistance

The customer service rep asks for my account number and password

I don’t remember it because it’s saved & autofill on my phone

And I can’t see it atop the page anymore because of the chat

I give them what I think it is but they say not a match

I kindly explain that I don’t need any information about an account, and simply want the general rules which should be & usually is listed & available to anyone who visits the site, even if they are not a customer yet

Lets just say they couldn’t comprehend that and I finally left…

Yes what book was this??

Good example of just how far customer service has gone since the glory days of offshore.

It’s one of my biggest complaints if not my biggest complaint these days

These books don’t realize if they made customer service a priority they would tower over their competitors

I get asking for your information if you're going to ask a account specific question, but if you're going to ask a general question and you already told them that, then your account information shouldn't be required. I hate how they make you jump through hoops

Totally agree. I rarely can remember account number or PW without looking it up. Auto fill on almost all. My questions aren't usually account specific so why make me jump through hoops?

Sadly - not uncommon.

Heritage is bad about that, but many others.

Seriously, ask a simple question and get that response. It’s annoying - I get some things require verification and are customer specific - but cmon.

The real reason? You are a Guero. Those Costa Ricans are salty af at us and the value of our currency. Those call center employees are miserable af down there watching everybody else shine. They truly hire some of the most antagonistic people and then get vindictive af if you match tone or have an eye or an eye.

One possible explanation (probably wrong though) is that the CS rep is tracked/rated on how many customers they help each day. Without acct info, they could make stuff up so the sportsbook probably requires them to track their "customer count" by using acct numbers/names.

Just a wild guess on my part.

Also, I am in no way justifying the issue. I think its complete BS what happened to you Wager. I'm just offering a possible option.
