I think Oregon/Wash winner can play with any of those teams.
Georgia would be the toughest matchup for either one.

Not sure Washington can. Their defense is horrendous

1) Some matchups favorable to Oreg St.
2) Reser Stadium home trends.

I could see Item 1. But Item 2 (trends) eventually reverse.

Weather will be an issue:
*Herbstreit mentioned that Penix has huge hands. Good for grip.
*See about DJ on OrgSt. Don't trust him at all in this game.
