When you grade these, do you actually check every MLB wager posted in this thread, and see if there was a pitcher change, and void a winner or loser for that reason?

I would be surprised if you do, I never see anyone complaining when that happens. lol.

Rule 4 in this thread, should be the other way around. IMO.

You should need to list 1 or both pitchers if you want listed pitchers to apply, otherwise the play should default to action.

Would be easier on you, I would think.

I only check when someone points it out like JDS and Sunshine did this time. 99.9% of the time I would have no idea unless it was one of my pitchers. An easy fix is to just always list action on your MLB play like LT Profits does in his picks thread. But, that might not really be necessary since this comes up about once every 3 years.

I'm not sure if you know the history of this thread. It was actually started by Shortstop. They had the same thread over there and he just cut and pasted the same rules. We just adopted them as carryover. I took over the thread after shortstop stopped posting.

I am up for changing the rules but after 3 years and the infrequency in which we have something come up, I'm leaning towards just leaving them as is.

Maybe we should just use the book rules....
For example if you post a play from Pinny and they have a rule, all bets are action, the play counts no matter who starts.

I don't have access to all the books pages so we would need to generate a list of the books who are "Automatically Action" and those that are not (i.e. "Listed"). If you post from a book that's not automatically "Action" then the play would be void if we catch a pitching change.

Bookmaker = Always Action
Betonline = Listed
Pinny = Always Action
