I have trouble with communicating with them. What method did you use to negotiate a new deal ?

No way they are in financial trouble

I just took the time to write up a thorough email requesting someone higher up review & stated that they have an incompetent employee who is limiting & restricting accounts too easily

I do know that my VIP Contact back then told me they were in the process of improving customer service, but that there was nothing he could do at the time (I posted our screenshot-conversation here at BMR somewhere)

So maybe they are restoring some accounts whether it be via poor management in the past or in hopes that we will start losing.
I expect to get limited again if I go back to a pattern as all Legal books have been doing to players lately and as JJ predicted earlier in this thread

Good luck - I only do live bets if I’m chasing an obvious blowout, or if I have a ‘feeling’ of something at halftime…..

Yeah they aren't hurting @Tanko You kidding..They are the only game in town. They got Florida on and paid billions for exclusive rights. Them Indians they will never go broke. They take in millions daily just on casino. Forget about poker tables table games and sportsbook. That's icing on their cake. They are having their cake and eating it too.

I did too … finally gave up and closed the account

Thought they might care & inquire why but never did

Been close to a year now I think so just took a random shot via mail and while the first one sounded like the same ol trained response, it was followed up with others in which someone did dig a little deeper

Looks like I have all options again (for now)

Crazy having the only game in town. You would figure they'd take care of business.

Is the gambling commision in FLA in the casino's pocket or will they fight for players who file complaints?
