MLB Cover the League Contest 2025
Prizes:

How to play:
Please read the rules carefully, especially the tie-breaker rules. It may effect how you make your selections throughout the contest.
- Simply select one MLB team to WIN per day. If your team wins, remove them from your 30 team list. If your team loses, they can be used again on a future date.
- The next day select a different team (or even the same team if they lost the previous day), and then do the same the next day.
- You do not need to make a pick every day. You are allowed to join the contest at anytime.
- The winner is decided by who selects ALL MLB teams to win first.
NOTE: Once a poster(s) has covered all 30 teams, the standings for the contest are frozen at the end of that day. No more picks will be made. The final standings will be determined by who has the most teams covered and any tie-breakers as necessary. - Any selected team's game must go at least 5 full innings (or 4.5 if the team is home) for a win to count (i.e. be an official game per MLB rules).
- Any team selected must complete the game on the day the game was started to count in the contest. Any games started one day and finished on a later day, will not count (excludes games going past midnight on the same day).
- If no one has selected ALL MLB teams to win by the end of the regular season (not likely since we are starting early), the winner will be whoever has the most team wins. If there is a tie for most team wins, tiebreakers will be utilized.
- Tie-breakers. If two or more contestants are tied at the end of the contest, the following tie-breakers will be used in order until all ties are broken.
- Most wins
- The first to 25 wins
- The first to 20 wins
- The first to 15 wins
- The first to 10 wins - If after all tie-breakers are utilitzed, there is still a tie, the prizes will be split.
Making Picks:
Picks must be made prior to the SCHEDULED start of selected game. Note: it says scheduled, not actual start time. Picks for the subsequent day may be made after the last game has started on the current day. PPD/Cancelled game voids that day's selection. You may select another game for that day if it has not already started. NO SUBSTITUTIONS OR CHANGES ALLOWED other than PPD/Cancelled or if you've already won with that team. You must identify which game of a double header you are selecting or the pick is DQ. NO EDITING. EDITING = DQWinner(s) are paid in Bitcoin and must PM their wallet info to Tanko.
Winners have 30 days to claim their prize.
Contest starts on April 5th and is open to everyone.
