Happy to report BetWhale as agreed to a weekly payment plan with slightly increased payouts. The first one already being received.

Still looking at 6 years of withdrawals but this is a big step up from everything they’ve told me the past 9 months.

For a company that seemingly doesn’t hold a license (that I can find) I am amazed this was the outcome and for now BetWhale deserves a ton of credit on that end.

Would happily offer a percentage/reward anything someone can do to get out 5k stolen from me at betodds, and near 14k at topwager365. Pretty much 2 lost cases with no hope.

Forgot to reply back here. They held their word and paid me this past Tuesday. Only 326 more payouts to go!

After everything else going on at other places it’s hard for me not to give BetWhale credit on this. I’ll continue reporting any changes.

Unfortunately, when a casino limits withdrawals like that, it’s usually a red flag that they may not have proper licensing or financial backing. Keep documenting all your communication with them, and avoid depositing or playing more while withdrawals are pending. You might also consider reaching out to the casino’s licensing authority (if they have one) or posting your case on trusted gambling complaint platforms. Hopefully, someone can point you in the right direction or help escalate it.
